Amaze Car Rental (formerly Routes car rental)

I have been renting from Arun and Abhir for a while now and they are a pleasure to work with. Great prices, pick-up and drop-off at Victoria Park station, and very accomodating. We live at Yonge and Eglinton and although the travel is slightly far, the price and service makes it worth it.

Excellent value in a rough marketplace with very responsive service. Would recommend Abby to anyone who needs to rent some wheels in short order.

Very pleasant to deal with. Clean facilities, good cars and they strive to meet my business rental needs. I have rented here twice and will do so again in the future. When I have a long distance drive, they even offer a better deal than just the usual .20 / km.

Great experience. Abby who runs the franchise was so amazing to work with. We needed a minivan last minute during a super busy week and he made it happen. We could not be more pleased! The car was not the latest model, but it didn’t bother us and it was super clean.Would rent from Amaze again.

Abbey has always provided great service and good cars. I always call him first when I need to rent a vehicle. Cars are current, clean and the location is easy to get to. I am not sure why people would rate this location with 1 star as it is fantastic place to deal with.

I rented from; I assume the father? I had just paid my daughters university payment and credit card was maxed out. He let me put a $500 deposit on debit and said he would return the money by cheque (I was confused who uses cheques these days? when I questioned him, he said he didn't know how to return on debit) when the car was returned. Since then, I assume I have been talking with the son by text? He has been hostile and aggressive and keeps saying different things. After 12 days of keeping my deposit, following the return of the car, he says he got a ticket in. Now he says he will keep the deposit for a month. I have no problem paying for any tickets. My issue is the unprofessionalism. And don't say one thing and then do something else later, and then something different again! He claims I agreed to come in after with the credit card, that was never agreed to. He says I told him I didn't have any tickets, I didn't say that, just like anyone I wouldn't know. I in fact told him I went on the 407 and it would be about $20, and to compensate I filled the car up with a full tank on return instead of half as required. That amounted to $35 extra ($70 to fill the tank). Anyway, their prices are not any better than the big boys like enterprise...etc. that I have always used in the past. I would suggest you go to reputable car rental service that has more accountability, and better customer service. I actually tried enterprise first, but they had me on a wait list, I wish now I had just put money on the credit card and waited for a car to become available with enterprise, probably the next day.

I just finished renting a car with Amaze Car Rental and their service was fantastic. Abby has excellent customer service and he was extremely courteous throughout the process. I needed a rental quickly as my car was totaled by a construction vehicle in a parking lot. Abby came to my location to pick me up and drive me to their office to complete all the necessary paperwork. My insurance company dealt with the payment and I was able to continue on my day. The car (Chevorlet Spark) had me worried at first, but the car itself was so fun to drive. It used very little gas and was extremely easy to maneuver in traffic. When I was done with my rental, Abby’s father (the owner) dropped me off to the location I needed to be at. The entire process was very easy and both individuals were extremely polite, helpful and efficient in their work. I will be recommending them to my colleagues and family in the future, and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

Great people, quality vehicles, very well-organized and always the lowest price. If you’re near the Danforth and need a car, I highly recommend!
