SGI - Saskatoon Central Auto Claims Centre

My car got hit while I was inside working, SGI is claiming the leak from the hit is my fault as well as the damage to my wheel and refuses to repair either. Roxanne is the most useless person I have ever dealt with. She told me to get my car towed to a shop, didn't send me with the information to do that. I finally figured out I could get a rental no thanks to Roxanne, she didn't send me with the reservation code for that either. Roxanne takes 4 day long weekends whenever there is a stat holiday so she you can never talk to her when you need to. She also This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with any business in my life.

REALLY need some mature people working there. I booked a road test, and after my appointment time, they informed me that I needed a 6×6 class before getting on the road. I asked them why didn't you inform me this earlier and they said sorry, today you can't go on road test. I wish they were a little bit polite and patient and explained to the clients properly what is all required before taking the money.

We haven’t had our trailer assessed yet, but the woman on the phone today was so friendly and helpful to get the ball rolling. What a great employee! I wish I’d taken her name down, Lauren/Laura/Lorna (?) in her 50’s. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts.

I went for my driving test 6 days ago and also my third attempt. The examiner Colin made me feel relaxed and also had a good way of talking and explaining. My 1st and second attempt was worst as examiners were rude and made me panicked. I didn't feel anxious with colin about the test and i passed. Colin is the true example of how to deliver good customer service. Thank you SGI.

The team helped me navigate the claims process after I was hit. The representative did not rush and she was friendly and professional.

I don't get very much help, I had my learners for 17 years and I tried to get my drivers license for years they told me I need to redo a class at the school I was in and I have to be registered there, plus they don't give much to help, also tried to get my license paper part to have that replaced, still the same path, need to redo the class at the school I was at an I need the drivers ticket paper to finish my drives, they don't want to give it to me. So basically I'm holding a learners for no reason.Edit: I finally found an instructor to help me finish my 6 hours, it's worth the pay already half way done, just need to study more for my last 3 training lessons, I guess I don't need the paper part after all. I'll change to 4 or 5 stars if I pass.

My driver instructor Annette was very helpful and patient. She greeted me with nice words and made sure I wasn’t stressed out during the test. Great instructor for everyone.
