I ordered a Jr chicken with no bun and no toppings just cheese. But why? Why am I getting cheese on the bottom with the hot chicken on the top? Do you're employee's not know what happens when something hot gets put onto cheese? The cheese melts! Now I have to peel and scrape melted cheese off of a cardboard box and try to put it on my quarter pounder as a mess. Not impressed with the lack of thought that goes into making your customers happy and I'm not impressed with the lack of common sense.July 14th 2023 8:34 pm. Wife just got home after ordering a double bigmac for me and having paid for 3 extra slices of cheese and all I got was a regular big Mac. She already had to go back in prior to driving home because they didn't give her a Jr chicken that she had ordered. Ridiculous.

Pretty poor at following directions, asked for no lettuce and extra pickles, they entered no to both, added extra lettuce and no pickles..

I go through the drive through once a week to get coffee. Their coffee is excellent and the service is always great. The servers are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, just order drive-thru for food/drinks haven't dined in. Fast service never have to pull over.

I haven't had McDonald's for a long time. Thought I'd have it for a change. Absolutely terrible. My filet-a-fish was a mess when I opened the container... my fries were like mush... the apple pie was burned. The only reason I gave it a one is because the coke was good but then again, how could you ruin that. I'm hoping this is only a Tillsonburg thing and not across the board. $30 for this disaster. Oh, BTW, my husband upgraded to the new waffle fries and they were raw. It'll be a really long time before I go again... sitting a bit heavy.

Unfortunately tonight was an undisriable experience at mc donalds Tillsonburg. After I placed my order through the drive through I held witness to the manager (Amber) hold the door open too two team members jumping on boxes and the manager yelling ewwwwwwww" as I was waiting to pick up my order. Sounds appetizing. Asked to speak to a manager and was treated with nothing but attitude. Amber was said manager at this time. She asked me if I wanted her phone number? Why? I just wanted a couple cheese burgs.. not to be disgusted by appearence and the hospitality. Meh

They've given me my order now twice wrong. I don't order a double beef burger, I ordered a big mac. They give you a destroyed box as well. Get your orders correct. Horrible customer service, they give you a fax machinenumber as their restaurant number.Edit: Just got a big mac STUFFED with lettuce. It's disgusting. The afternoon staff is extremely rude and seems to never have learned manners or proper customer service.

Ordered through app, asked for large fry which might of had enough fries to fill a child's fry. Asked for strawberry fruitopia and got orange.
