I've been extremely disappointment in this dealership since my last visit. The service center is slammed and overly busy. They have a reservation system in place, that serves nothing more as an illusion. When you book an appointment for 6 am, and the vehicle is only looked at after 4 pm, it leaves much to be desired.I brought my car in to have my rotors and brakes replaced, I even listed it in the reservation system online, and with the agent on the follow up phone call. After dropping my car off, and no phone calls to update me on the subsequent delays they were having, I arrive around 4 pm to find out my car had only just been brought into the shop. Once the service" was complete

Hands down absolute best place to have your Ford or Lincoln serviced. Mont-Bleu has really set the standard of what a dealership should be. Service department is extremely professional and vastly knowledgeable. Work was done correctly and on time without delay, shuttle service was clean and respectful. Pricing was shockingly fair and less than I expected.Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment early in the morning for service but they didn't get to my car until after 3pm.
