Are you even open. Does anyone actually answer the phone. Left 4 voice mails now. Weeks have passed. Still trying to pick up my order!!!! What is going on??

Required a $25.00 minimum in order to serve me. Really? What happened to small town values and serving your neighbor? When I do need to spend more than $25.00 I will surly find an alternative. Thanks for nothing.

Company does not deal well with individual orders. I ordered some bearings and at the time never thought anything of the fact that I didn't ask for a quote since I had ordered the exact same bearings 6 months earlier. The first issue was the bearings coming in 3 weeks after the expected delivery date. When they did come in the price was double what it had been for my previous order. After questioning this I decided to return the bearings. I contacted them multiple times within the first month and got the response that they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer for return fees. A month later I contacted them again and no progress had been made. Still have not received any credit for the parts that I returned. The competitor I have been using since has better prices for the same brand/bearing and much better service.
