What a first class operation! Had trouble with drivers door alignment on 2010 Ford Explorer. Spoke to wonderful phone receptionist and that they could look at it right away. Manager had his autobody techs looked at it right away. Hinges were good, techs made adjustments right away, brought vehicle up and sent us on our way NO CHARGE". Brought my Chev Avalanche in to repair some rust and they did an amazing job for a fair price. Very happy with the service I received !!

Horrible experience avoid this body shop. Was rear ended damage to bumper tail light and tail gate. Bumper was fixed. Owner argued with me that tail gate damage wasn’t from the rear ended even after showing full proof of damage of other vehicle as well. Kept saying how he’s got 30 years of experience but talked to multiple other shops and they confirmed was damage from rear end. Called and went in multiple times was told owners not there and will contact back. Obviously no contact back. Avoid these idiots. See pictures for yourselves.

Incredible service and quality repair, at a fair price. The manager Greg, he’s thorough, honest and makes the whole experience a breeze. I’ve sent friends and family to this location and they all come back impressed how well looked after they were abs treated. Collision and vehicle repair can be a stressful situation, Greg and Boyd’s Autobody take that stress away and go the extra mile.

My experience at this establishment was excellent. Not only did they save me money but it only took 2 days instead of five. The work that was done on my car was excellent very happy with what I saw, and I would actually return to this body shop, if anything was to happen again, top shelf. The people are pleasant, very kind and very knowledgable in their field. Thank you for a great experience.

It looks great, they delivered ahead of schedule and they delivered to me because I’m home alone with Covid and didn’t want to risk them riding in the car with me. Above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

I had a dent in the tailgate of my kia I had put off fixing for forever. Finally when I did fix it I did all the prep work , repairs and removal from my car myself and called around for quotes on just the paint. They gave me the best deal so I drove it down. Got to talking and they were impressed with what was already done and the job seemed pretty straight forward. When I went to pick it up they mentioned a couple extra things they did over top of what I had done and the results were fantastic. Factory look on the tailgate and no extra money for the time their tech put in over the quote. Overall they were pleasant to deal with and cared about what I was trying to accomplish. I would go back if I needed to in the future.

Got a scuff on my car a few years back and was very anxious about it. It was a new car for me at the time and I was very worried about fixing it up. Went into Boyd's and the gentleman there polished out the scuff for me and charged me nothing. He said that it was on the house. I think that kind of customer service is what Sherwood Park needs more of. He may not have gotten any money from me that day, but since then I have recommended anyone I know who needed body work to go to Boyd's, and I will be going there myself for any body work in the future. Very, very appreciated.

I can't say enough about this company. Greg is absolutely the best in the business. I was hit in a parking lot last year. I was hit in the back right panel. So this year, we have a matching set! Both times, he handled my situation like a pro. I had no idea what to do each time but Greg did. This year, I called my insurance and they asked where I wanted to take my car. Based on last year's experience, I immediately said to Boyd. I schedule an appointment and went in for a quote. Greg took one look at my car and said I wasn't driving my car, that the tire was angled in. We went back into the office and he phoned my insurance then Enterprise to get a rental set up. ??? I have never had another company take care of me like this. Within a half hour, Enterprise was there with my car and I was on my way. The following day, I needed multiple photos of the car for the police report. I called and asked him for them. I had them 2 minutes later. I know their work is excellent from my previous experience, but this kind of customer service is unheard of. Years previously I was hit head on and had to deal with all of the details on my own. The shop didn't intervene for me and didn't help me navigate the situation. If you want excellent work with excellent customer care, call these guys. Thank you Greg for helping me navigate these two situations which are outside of my area of expertise!

What an amazing experience. Nicest people ever. They were upfront with how long it could take to get the parts preparing for the worst. Fortunately the parts only took less than 2 weeks. Parts are tough to get at this time and there is a lot of added stress. They kept me updated frequently. Best part was I work shift work and I thought I wouldn't make it on time to pick it up and they offered to wait for me. I did make it on time and my car was absolutely perfect. The interior was spotless the exterior was perfect and clean couldn't ( like the accident didn't happen) they also did an alignment because of where I was hit.They took very good care of me and in this time it's appreciated.
