This was my second time purchasing a set of Tires at G&HUpon picking my tires and rims up the face of the rims were scratched and chipped from the tire machine.The owner was rude to my wife and said that he wouldn’t of taken on the job had he of known we didn’t want them scratched???They kept the rims and got them polished but I can still see the scratches.I specifically asked if they would change the valve stem on my TPM sensors and they replied yes. When I mounted them to the car I noticed they hadn’t changed the valve stem at all as they were still dark and corroded brass threads.

What a refreshing experience today, personally I am apprehensive when it comes to fixing anything on my vehicle because we have all been a victim to horrible experiences when it comes to mechanics and Auto shops at some point.But that was not the case at all when I went to G & H Auto today, in fact it was the complete opposite.The Amazing Team at G&H Auto truly brightened my day and lifted my spirits. They took very good care of me, listened to my needs and concerns and did their very best to resolve my issues. They did this with a friendly, understanding and caring attitude. They were quick and made sure the resolution was convenient for me so I wouldn’t miss anymore work.I can’t thank you all enough, especially Cathy & Tera for taking such good care of me and making me feel like a family member. You now have a customer for life and I will tell everyone how wonderful you all are.

Just had an amazing experience with this place!! Was in a bit of a pickle with one of my tires - kept losing air and had been patched a couple times elsewhere and it was giving up. Called in the morning and they were able to order and pick up/install all in the same day!!! I was extremely grateful as I do a lot of highway driving and I knew the tire couldn’t hold on for much longer. Cathy at the desk is super friendly and accommodating and the service team worked fast and I was in and out in less than hour! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back in the future for servicing.

This is the only garage we trust. They do a great job, they are fair and trustworthy. We never feel like they are trying to take advantage or upsell. G & H is a rare find. They keep customers by being reliable and honest.

G&H Auto is reliable and efficient They always try to accommodate me when no one else can. They get it done and for a reasonable price too. Highly recommend them!

Called last minute and got my SUV in over Christmas because where I normally go was closed. Their crew was awesome and got my car going in no time at all, at no charge as well. I was very happy and will be bringing the SUV as well as my Mustang when servicing is needed. Thank you again!
