Purchased a Helium gateway almost 2 years ago. Up until recently they kept in touch telling me they were working on getting the devices. As of late, I’ve only received automated messages stating they’ll no longer being offering customer assistance for that product?? Give me my device.. Company is a scam, do business elsewhere

As with everyone else that have left REAL reviews, I bought a Helium Miner from them in May 2021. In 2 months it will be 2 years since I sent them money and I still don't have a Helium miner. As everyone else has already said, do not deal with this company, they just take your money and don't deliver a product. There response has been horrible as well, basically we can't do anything about it"

On 10Dec2021 i paid $650 to order: SP-US915, SP-EU868, SP-AU915 HNT. SP-North-America-Corp took my money and did not deliver any goods or service. They refuse to return my money either! Do not deal with them.
