Great place to live with good rent prices. Extra parking is available for decent price. Previous property manager was great and accommodating and so is new one. I once requested to pay my rent a few days late due to having to have my car fixed and he was very understanding about this, which not many landlords will do. My air conditioner was leaking and they promptly brought in a floor unit for me to use while they waited for parts to fix my main one. Pet friendly as well which is great and they are always quick in fixing anything maintenance wise which is really great.

I rented a 3 bedroom apartment from the GK3 Group about a year ago. I have been very pleased with the apartment itself, the location and in particular the maintenance done by the landlord. Recently there was an issue with the central air conditioning. The landlord immediately brought in a floor AC unit as a temporary replacement and within days had replaced the central AC unit with a new one. His quick response was greatly appreciated during the recent heat wave. I’m very impressed with the company and highly recommend them for any renters out there.

I started renting with GK3 Group back in 2015 and it has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The properties are managed exceptionally well and support is always available on the off chance that something doesn't seem right. Any issues I brought forward were addressed immediately and the units are all kept in great shape. Would definitely recommend renting one of their places!!

I rented an apartment from GK3 starting in September 2020. The process of viewing and signing the lease was fast and seamless. Dealing with Harry Gill has been a pleasure. He is responsive and addresses any issues, questions or concerns with no delay. I have rented many apartments in the past and this team easily sits atop of experiences I’ve had with landlords so far. GK3 Group has been absolutely wonderful! They are accommodating, responsive and friendly. On the rare occasion I had an issue, they responded quickly and sent somebody in to address it right away. Communication with their tenants is definitely their strong suit. I always knew I could contact them for any questions I had and felt that my individual needs mattered - I wasn't just another number. The application process was quick and easy and my place was clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or to rent from them again. Thank you so much for making my renting experience a great one!

My partner and I are currently renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath from GK3 Group and we are very pleased with the home itself but also the location; walking distance from the many places Brockville has to offer. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other rentals. Our landlord is always readily available. We plan to stay here long term. I recommend GK3 Group to anyone looking for housing.

I was a GK3 tenant for two years and was very impressed with their responsiveness and integrity. Harry was always quick to respond to concerns or take care of any maintenance issues. What impressed me most was how helpful Harry was when work abruptly told me I was being transferred me out of Ottawa effective mid-July. When I gave my notice of lease termination a week into June, Harry worked hard to find a tenant for an August first start. He was entitled to and could have demanded a rent payment for August but went out of his way to get me off the hook. I’d recommend GK3 to anyone that values professionalism in a landlord.
