Paul's Automotive Service
Was in Kitchener today, coming from Toronto. On the highway my engine light came on. Went to Paul’s automotive service. He was very busy but he scanned my car computer immediately, telling me the code and possible faults. He reset the code, all of this at no charge. Rare find nowadays. Thank you very much.

I was new to the city and my car started giving me issues. I came here in a panic and got amazing service. They were full but took care of me the same day because Roy didn't feel safe letting me drive the car (I was having brake issues). I've been back several times since then and received free advice and inspections, and they even fixed some minor issue for free. Just make sure you book in advance as they are quite busy. I felt like they were honest and respected their career.

He spent an hour diagnosing an issue with my car. After he found the issue he advised me that it was better to wait a few months before repairing since it was only a minor issue. All that and he didn't charge me a dime for his time. Honest and trustworthy, would definitely go back and also recommend to others!
