OK Tire

I recommend OK Tire Lindsay to everyone. Andrew is fantastic, fast and able to articulate exactly what my car needs. Super reasonable and a much better experience than my family has had with any other mechanic. In an emergency he fits me in right away- I could not be more thankful to have a good mechanic in my life.

This shop is a joke! I had a my 2009 Ford F-150 towed here for a steering column replacement and brake inspection where Andrew refused to do the work yet billed me $107 for an inspection that he did in the parking lot….. highly advise to stay away.

OK Tire has become my family's trusted mechanics since moving to the area. Andrew is very knowledgable and polite. He gets everything done in a timely manner and offers a fair price.. explains things in terms that I can understand which is always a bonus!

Called on short notice to install my summer tires. Young mechanic was very professional and efficient also did oil change all while answering the phones and doing paperwork. Reasonable price and in and out in less than an hour.

Went there for an alignment and they only adjusted the camber because they didn't know how to adjust the tie rods then proceeded to charge me full price. Vehicle left in way worse condition after I brought it there. Went down the road to Canadian tire and they had my truck aligned in under an hour with no appointment booked. Do not bring your vehicle to these guys.

They do not deserve 1 star. They wouldn't put my new rubber on rims because I didn't purchase the tires there. I spoke to them on the phone and they said to come in, I did and they were rude and told me to take them back to where I bought them.

I was impressed with the appearance and tidiness of this store so I decided to go in to make an appointment to have my snow tire put on my new sports car. The owner arrogantly told me he had been in business for over 30 years and had 400 customers and would not be able to take my car in until Christmas or December at best. He did not take my number or name to call if there was a chance to get me in. I will not ever recommend or step foot in this place again due to his pompous attitude. Does not deserve even 1 star rating. Promptly called John's Quality Auto and he happlily made me an appointment right away.

Haven't gone back since going three years ago. They assured me of a $80 manufactures rebate was still on but soon after I had these guys to install my new GoodYears, I only received a $40 rebate. I called them back and they refused to help me and the father and son team were rude and belligerent to me when I went to the store. I got my many from them before leaving and have since bought 3 other sets of tires off two other dealers also sending friends, and today my son, elsewhere. Their smoke and mirrors side show cost them thousands..

I have gotten tire and oil changes here before and each time I have dealt with the mechanics who have been extremely kind and helpful. I called last Thursday to book an appointment for a tire swap, I was told to bring it in any time on Tuesday and that I didn't need a specific appointment. When I showed up on Tuesday I was greeted by someone who I presume is the owner. When I told him I was there for my tire swap he rudely told me I had called the wrong place because he is the only one who answers the phones and he wouldn't have told me to just come by (I checked my call history and it showed that I called the Lindsay OK Tire). He made no offer or attempt to book me for another appointment but did condescendingly refer me to Wilson's Tire (I contacted them and they were very helpful and kind).There seem to be a disconnect between management and service and the customer experience is largely dependant upon who you talk to.
