While looking for a place to have lunch, we just happened to walk in front of Carrots n’ Dates and decided to go in and try it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was top notch! The food was delicious! Great sized portions and very healthy! Felt like a home cooked meal! We liked it so much we went back the same day for dinner and it was awesome! We’ll be back for sure! A must when in Cornwall! Fresh, healthy, and delicious. Whether you grab and go or dine-in, you’ll love it!

I love this place! The food is amazing; if you’re vegetarian or vegan you should definitely check it out!! The service is amazing, everyone is cheerful and so friendly.I’ve eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the portions are generous, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious!

I am from out of town...vegan gluten free, and needed a meal and one to go for the 5 hour drive home. I googled and found this place. Wow!! Great food, huge portions, and very knowledgable and friendly staff. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Cornwall.

This is one of my absolute favourite local restaurants! Clean location, welcoming staff, and really really good food! My favourite item on the menu by far is the Pad Thai bowl. Veggies are fresh, noodles are cooked perfectly, and the portion size always leaves me with leftovers!If you're in the area and enjoying a jaunt down Pitt St, make sure to stop in for a London Fog drink with oat milk as well!Can't recommend Carrots n' Dates enough!Nancy is a total sweetheart, and I love the local music, game nights, and support they offer to the community!

Last night my mom and I decided to try this new restaurant and we were so impressed! The menu was so full of options that sounded delicious that we needed extra time to choose what to eat. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. And a bonus is that it’s all vegetarian! It’s one of my new favourite restaurants in Cornwall. I’ll definitely be back!

Hardy vegetarian food at reasonable prices. Looks like they have community events going on there too. Really clean and nice atmosphere. I had a delicious hot chocolate made of coconut milk and had lots of left over pad Thai to take home! My partner ordered the stew and it was so good and filling. We’re excited to have found a place that puts enough veggies in their food! Cornwall is so lucky to have this business and right downtown! We’ll be back! I might pop in just to buy dessert sometime - they had really rich looking desserts in a display by the cash.

Wow! I can’t recommend Carrots n’ Dates enough. From the moment you walk in it fantastic. Such a beautiful space, the warmest and friendliest staff. But the food is incredible. I am not vegetarian or vegan but may just become one after eating the most amazing meal. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

I had my first visit here today, and it was excellent! Looking forward to going back the next time I’m in town! I had the Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap with longevity salad. The dressing was amazing! Kombucha to drink.

What an incredible find!! The barista made me a Rose latte and it was so delicious!! I have to have it again soon!!! (The brownie was great too). Also, this place has a lovely patio. Highly recommend!!
