Very poor service. Had pump repair on dishwasher and repairman did not advise me to 1. Vacuum out water 2. Or to put towels down to corral the draining water. Over 2 litres of water drained everywhere on my kitchen floor. Went to discuss at store only to have owner tell me that is the way it is done. I’m not going back.

Way over priced. They tried to charge me $90 so I could replace the 4 drip pans on my stove myself. I figured out what the model numbers were for the pans, went to the company website for the make of my stove and purchased them for $37. I can't believe they had the audacity to try and up charge me by almost $55...I could understand a price difference like that if they were spending their time and their gas to deliver and install them for me but it wasn't...that was for me to spend my time and my gas to pick them up and install them myself! Scammers.

Highly impressed with the service and support provided by North End Appliances. Karl was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We are thrilled with the outcome! The delivery crew also deserve being acknowledged, they were terrific!

I went on looking for a part for my gas stove and although they could order it for me they suggested another store to go to that would have it in stock. Awesome Thanx North End Appliance

My wife and I needed to call them for a service call on our washing machine last week. They were here within less than 24 hrs and we found both the technician and the person on the phone to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated the follow-up call the following day as promised.I would definitely recommend their service department.

Ordered a washer & dryer and did not receive until 21 months later. Yes, 21 months. Nearly two years.Ordered a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in March, was told all pieces except the fridge were in at the store to later to be told both the fridge and stove were not available in August. Ended up having to go with a mismatched set at an additional cost of $500. No communication whatsoever from the company with any order updates.Was promised delivery of all the mismatched pieces on the same day. They did not deliver one of the pieces and said nothing about it. Called and they guaranteed delivery the next day and then did not show up.Sales person brags about a competitive advantage over big box stores because of customer service. $10,000 worth of appliances and no updates whatsoever and terrible customer service.Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with North End Appliance. Our washing machine died and we were able to replace it quickly. We were told it might arrive April 29th but due to supply chain issues it could be a week later. We were pleasantly surprised when it was a day early. The delivery experience was fantastic very quick and professional. I highly recommend North End Appliance and would definitely shop there again when we need new appliances.

Rude!...just openly rude. My wife and I agreed we wouldn’t ever come back here (~10 years ago) but our dryer just broke down so I reluctantly called to ask about a service call (because we just live down the street, I was hoping they changed...). I asked about the cost of a service call and he advised my after a very distinct sigh and with a short tone that they didn’t service all types and asked what we had (Whirlpool). He demanded my address and I again asked for the service call charge (for the second time) where he just said “one twenty, what’s your address “! I was asking about service and or buying a new dryer (if it can’t be fixed, do they give the service call credit to a new appliance?)...he hung up! No, they haven’t changed.

There are lots of places to purchase home appliances, however none offer the level of product selection, reliable service, and competitive pricing of North End Appliances.

-1 Absolutely incompetent and extremely rude. Salesmen Carl is dishonest, pushes to make a sale quickly. Purchase must be paid in full or minimum 50%. A $25,000 full appliance purchase paid in full. Rude service from A to Z yet we are still waiting on our products. Covid is not an excuse as a less expensive option was available but salesman would not budge on changing order. Phone call after phone call. Item that has been received $10,000+ is scratched. A rare pleasant woman may answer the phone, but rude all around. Go elsewhere. Purchase in London if need be. Never again!!
