Great service from the parts dept, he goes over the top for sure and is extremely helpful. My only reason for it not being 5star is the price of parts, which I find high but it is what it is. Their service however is a solid 5 star and that's rare these days so it hurts a lot less to shell out my hard earned cash.

I recently took a certification course for operating forklift at Mason lift and I have never driven a forklift before in my life. The instructor Ms. Sue Pollock was very helpful and detail oriented in her teaching of the course. I am now able to start operating forklift at my workplace without any problem whatsoever.
