I don’t want to leave even 1 star. My car was parked reserved area for monthly parking. My car window got smashed last night, and when I reached out customer service. They can’t do anything. I’m so disappointed with their service and how can random people get access the reserve area with an exiting gate.

I was buy the ticket still I got the violation they make me mentally disturbed I was sent request also but they said you have to buy no solution guys I request you please avoid easy park they are fraud and they are cheater this is way they make money that it they don’t know how difficult to pay without any reason

We just came to Canada, parked at the place that outside said max $13 a day but in the meter paid $25 until 6pm. It’s a Monday we had a late meeting that went over 6pm, had some trouble finding the parking as well, arrived at 6:37pm and got an $70 violation ticket timed at 6:21pm. We did not know we could extend the time either, as we tried to appeal for it but they said we need to extend it. So yeah, absolutely a dirty way to make money, less than 30mins for $70, will never use this parking company again and will warn all our friends about this company as well.
