Great gym BUT customer service is the worst. I have been more than patient and understanding with Guil. Cancelling took months and I'm STILL waiting for my refund when I cancelled back August 2022. I have sent multiple emails and texts,... you're lucky if you hear back. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Glad I'm taking my business else where.

The facility is amazing, very clean, the equipment is awesome and brand new and lots of different options to do. Beautiful facility!The trainers are awesome, very flexible, affordable and they make you feel very comfortable as well. I am pretty happy I found Ambition Fitness.I have been struggling with weight loss for a very long time and I've been to lots of different training facilities and hired a few different trainers. All in Calgary, and I can definitely say that Ambition Fitness has been the best experience for me.

I can’t fully express how happy I am to have discovered this gym. It took me many many years and many attempts at going to the gym before finding Ambition Fitness. It’s never crowded and all the equipment you need is available. I have been training with Guil for a few months and he’s incredible. I’ve tried personal training before but Guil is kind, approachable, but pushes you beyond what you thought was possible. In an enjoyable way, which is what makes him so different. Thanks for changing our lifestyle and helping us!!

I've been training on and off with Guil for almost 2 years.He is amazing! He helped me reach my goals and up my self esteem, to the point I didn't know originally existed!! He is very flexible with scheduling, and always has a smiling face when you walk through the door!I highly recommend coming here! If you want that dream body and are willing to do the work he will get you there!

Did I die and go to gym heaven??? This is hands down the nicest facility in Calgary. Very clean, quality equipment, great layout and fantastic owners. Guil is awesome. He's very helpful and accommodating, makes you really feel welcome. Knows how to run a facility and is very professional.

I have never had to do this before, but I think it is very important that all other vendors are aware of the owners unethical business practice.The owner of Ambition Fitness, Guil Netto, does not pay his bills. He owes us a fair bit of money, for our cleaning services, and has ignored all our attempts to email, call and text him (clearly intentionally, as he initially responded to my text, asking who I was, and once I responded, he hasn't answered since). Some of his invoices that are owed are past 200 days.I don't recommend providing any services to this business. I also don't recommend going to his gym, knowing he has very low ethics, takes advantage of others services, and doesn't pay his bills.We will be taking further legal recourse to recoup all money owing; However, I wanted to warn other businesses to not do business with Ambition Fitness.

In my opinion, Guil is the best personal trainer around. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, courteous, and friendly person to help me achieve my fitness goals. He constantly challenges me, but still makes every workout enjoyable. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your health, Guil is your man.

I been to going to this gym and training with Guil for last 2 years. Before that I was never a gym body but after meeting Guil, he helped me transform me physically and mentally. He pushes you and very flexible with schedule. Unlike other big corporate franchise gym, like this local gym. I would absolutely recommend to try training with Guil, just blindly follow him and you will start seeing results in no time.
