Food is good, but they keep forgetting items in my orders. It’s happened several times now. The last straw was when they forgot the chicken strips in my chicken strips combo. That’s the main thing! How do you forget that? Make sure you check your orders before leaving!!!!

Best fast food place in town, in my opinion. Got a burger yesterday and had a decent amount of pickles, went in again today and asked for lots of pickles, and let me tell you, I'm getting pickle in EVERY BITE! Probably has like 15 pieces on it, and it's great :) Last night and tonight, the staff were absolutely wonderful and sweet, and they definitely seem to enjoy working here, and enjoy their coworkers. I'll definitely be in again soon!

Just had the best experience and will be a customer for life they couldn’t serve chilli so they called and replaced it with a spicy chicken burger worth double the price and threw in a free frosty and a note saying thanks for understanding! Amazing customer service appreciate it!!

Wendys has a great selection for fast food! Definitely a favourite!The staff at this location would benefit from being retrained to ensure the Wendy’s culture (1975) is followed similar to other locations. Too many instances where the order is incorrect, employees just do not care, are not adequately supervised. After speaking to the supervisors over several instances the same mistakes are made. Time to go to Wendy’s outside of Alliston. I give up!

I have always loved Wendy hamburgers. Great place to go for a on the run meal, this location has been newly renovated as of last month of 2022. All new seating to dine at.

Thursday morning long day ahead, sausage croissant sandwich? Yes please. Drive through was open . Fast, hot, fresh and tasty. Not as heavily spiced sausage patty as Tims or BK. Took a while for the pepper to come through. Nice croissant, square as was the sausage and cracked egg. Overall 4.75/5. Going back.

March 23 update from drive through:We ordered a chicken strip combo, they forgot the chicken strip and gave us like 2 extra fries. They gave us 3 chicken nuggets in the 4 piece kids meal. Last week they forgot our frosty. We don't notice till we get home. I wish I could get what I paid for.Previous review:We go to the drive through almost every week. We have a bit of a guessing game when we get home with the food: what did they forget this time?! "... Sometimes it's an order of fries

Last night after work, I was hungry and stopped at Wendy’s for something to eat before my 45 min drive home. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. After a longer than necessary wait I got my food and drove off. Already on my way along Hwy#89 I started into my food. Both the chicken fingers and the French fries were almost cold. Not hot and fresh by any means. If I wasn’t already in my way I would have gone back and complained. Total disappointed.
