I have been working with Jared Stevens and Donewell for over 3 years and all i can say is WOW! Their service is amazing and Jared is amazing with responses and extremely personable. If there ever is a concern, Jared is so responsive and does above and beyond to rectify the concerns.

We used Donewell Property Svcs to remove stone and shrubs from our front yard and plant sod and fill our front garden area with topsoil. They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with their workmanship. I would definitely call them again for future work.

I woke up one morning when it had just snowed and my side of my house, was pouring with water through a hose reel. I've recently gone through a separation and have no tools or even means or understanding of how to fix or turn this off due to the side of the houses tap being busted off. I quickly wave down one of the workers named Robert that was removing the snow, asking for assistance or even a suggestion on how to help.When I say Robert went above and beyond going to the his work truck and find the tool and walking through so much snow to twist the broken off tap so the water had stopped pouring I mean what I say about amazing customer service!!

The Donewell team always does such a great job - nothing left undone, down to the smallest detail. I've been calling them for 4 years and each year they seem to do a better job. Thank you!!!

I have been very blessed to be emoyed by Donewell over the last few months. They have an incredible atmosphere of support and doing their best to see their employees succeed at work and in life. The donewell spring cleanup team came to my property and did a fantastic job, I got my yard power raked and aerated, it looks great. I had reached out to Donewell in the past for previous services and have always been happy with their work.

Booked them never showed on time no communication. When they did arrive the crew tried to dethatch before cutting grass. Zero clippings recovered. . Airation was ok clean up was below average. Fertilize was done by hand out of a bucket on an acre of grass. Complained reduced rate by 300 no offer to do work properly.

So... changing my review from 1 star. I spoke with Jared after he reached out about the poor review. I got an exceptional deal to try their service again. They were great! I was so impressed with the 4 young men who came out to do the work. They even spent time picking leaves out of ground cover bushes. They did a fabulous job, worked very hard, and were very professional. I was given a date and time and they showed up exactly then. I paid to have them remove the bagged leaves, and even this was done carefully and professionally. The truck full of leaf bags was well covered and not a single piece of yard waste seemed to escape. Thank you to the Donewell team, I have already given your name to 3 people.
