Weirdest thing happened on my last visit there. They had the chicken wrap back with sweet chili Thai sauce (that was always one of my favourites until they cancelled it). I ordered it with extra thai sauce and extra mayo and when they delivered it there was no chicken in it! I immediately returned to the counter (laughing) and said It looks like someone was in too much of a hurry!" They responded by saying it was ordered that way with no grilled chicken

As usual something missing from my order. How do you miss french fries when a combo is ordered. Almost every time we go to the Barton and Lotteridge location.

We were there at 12:50pm. The place was full of elementary school kids. Very loud and alot of mess (food) on the floor. If you want to go there I'd recommend you avoid school lunch hour. The staff were very good and service was good. Atmosphere, not so good

This location punches well above its weight. Despite its location, here they respect all customers. Quality of food comes standard and the employees deserve more than what they are paid simply to deal with the locality of customers whom are also respectful. Service is very fast and again quality of food is standard here. I have visited this location over 20 times in the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. You can go to any other McDonalds restaurant in the GTHA and you will understand. Respect to the owners and managers for running a proper business. Highly recommend and will be returning so long as quality and customer service remains as is or better.Look at the other reviews; you realize what the term first world problems are about, and then you get a hint of discovery that the bad reviews are probably uneducated or have main character syndrome (ignorant).

Good working staff. Washrooms remains locked but cashier open it for customer so it’s not bad. Enlighten parking spots available nearby. Most importantly they made a separate room for Delivery pickup drivers so they don’t have to wait outside in cold.

Service is great, but the corporation makes terribly unhealthy foods, they make you sick are addictive. Also, they fail to pay their workers well and are exploitative on a global scale.

Ordered three breakfast sandwiches this morning and when I got them home and opened found that only one was made correctly. One was missing egg and one was missing the meat and all three were supposed to have both. I don't have the money to just replace half the breakfast I ordered that's just wrong now

Tried to place an order in store and all the store front staff could do is ask who's on front cash. This went on for almost 5mins.I do not do online food ordering. I want a human.Guess is pass on the big macs and move to whoppers..
