One of the best/nicest person I have met in fortmc. My dryer was not working and we could not afford a new one. He came and fixed it and did not charge us any labour. Highly highly recommend him. Thanks once again

Shane is a very reasonable guy and very knowledgeable. He fixed our washing machine 2 years ago and when our fridge was acting up recently, he was very forthcoming with what the issue might be and willing to help. He's quick to respond and happy to help. Much appreciated and recommended.

I've used true tech a handful of times and every time the service and response has been quick and done professionally.I contact Shane via text message and get a response very quickly. Before ever showing up to my house he is aware of the type and model of what needs repair and tries even to bring replacement parts from the description of the problem.No wasting time which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend using this company!

Shane is very knowledgable and helpful. He will give you the best advice no matter what. He went above and beyond today to help me with our washing machine that was broken. We ended up needing a replacement, which he had told me would be the case before even seeing the machine, and he even recommended some cheap but good machines to me. Great service. I have used his services many times in the past and will keep doing so. Thanks again for your help.
