I had a wonderful experience with Seven Speed Motors. I spoke to Zaid about the car I was interested in seeing. He had excellent communication skills and responded to me in a timely manner. He helped address my concerns during the visit and gave me ample time to see the car for myself. He also walked through all the different finance options available. He was honest about all the costs upfront and even offered options to cover part of the cost for additional features I was interested in.He continued to maintain communication while I was waiting for the car to be certified and other paperwork that was needed. He was flexible with his schedule and very welcoming. I also met Nick during the transaction process and he was equally professional.It was wonderful because as a young female walking in alone to a dealership, I am often dismissed as a non-serious buyer with a lack of experience, however I felt empowered in the manner that they handled their customer service skills. I was not pressured into making any decisions, nor was I made to feel stupid for any gap in my knowledge of vehicles. They developed a trusting relationship which is what I value most when it comes to big purchase decisions.

Most car dealers these days seem to have forgotten how important a buying experience is. Seven Speed has not! They know that buying a car is a very big purchase, their customer service is incredible! Nick and Denise went above and beyond to create a very special experience. My wife bought her first car, a Mini Cooper, and Nick and Denise setup the car with all the gifts I provided and we even played a practical joke on her to. It was great! All their cars are of top quality, there is no question. A quick look in their showroom and you'll understand what I mean. Nick is a great person and is excellent at his job. He was always available to answer any questions and I really wish all dealerships operated like this. Seven Speed Motors is a gem! Our future vehicles will be from them, even if they don't have what you're looking for, it's worth the wait until they do, just to buy from them. We also took the warranty option on our car which is a great warranty and extremely affordable. Thank you Nick and Denise, you made our purchase a memorable one!

Went here to buy a Mercedes but it had been sold. Then I saw the Audi q3 and my wife loved it so ended up getting it instead, the problem was that it was registered in Quebec and they were switching over their registration to online so we were delayed. Denise and nick did all they could but we couldn’t get the q3 in time. Actually went in on the Saturday to cancel my sale but Nick went above and beyond with my daughter running all over the place to show me other options and we saw a q5 that we loved and ended up getting instead. Love the car and has had no problem so far, definitely will be back to get a few more cars in the future.

Could not be happier with the service at Seven Speed! This was the second vehicle I bought at Seven Speed because of the service I received. Purchasing my vehicles was an extremely quick and easy process. Very fair pricing. And more importantly was the level of quality in all the vehicles in inventory. Unlike other dealers, Nick is straight forward, no pressure, no gimmicks, and completely above board and honest. Everything Nick promised he delivered on. First off Seven Speed Motors is carrying cream of the crop used vehicles. You know you’re going to find that special vehicle you’re looking for. I researched hi and low and made inquiries all over the place but kept coming back here. Denise is stellar!! Answered all my questions and more and made the buying process an enjoyable experience. I have dealt with many car sales people but Denise is like no other. As soon as you meet her you’ll feel everything already coming together. I will return here for my next purchase for sure. I looked at many vehicles they had in showroom and can say that they all looked as if new. Normally I do not buy from used car dealers but I have to say that buying a car with Denise at Seven speed Motors turned out so much better than I expected.They had the car that was advertised and there were no extra fees that were not identified up front. They fixed a few cosmetic issues that I couldn't live with for free. They did the safety as part of the advertised deal with no issues found. I did take the Powertrain limited warranty but fortunately I have not needed it.The best part is that I took this car for an 11,000 KMS road trip and had zero issues at all. Risky doing it in a car that you are not too familiar but it ran flawlessly often for 10 hours a day at highway speeds. No issues. During our road trip, I brought it to a dealer in New Mexico for a service and they changed the oil and checked it over and found...nothing. No issues at all.Great buy for sure.
