Pretty Paws Pet Grooming

Karen was absolutely amazing with my little Pomsky X puppy Nova for her first time to the groomer! She took great care of her and she looks fabulous! Would recommend anyone with a dog to go see these ladies!Thank you again!

We have been going to groomer for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience with Karen and her staff. They treat every dog as it was their own. They are very friendly and helpful and the service is second to none. They are moving to a new location soon and we will be following them to the new location.

I was very happy with the service usually Alfie dosen't care to be groomed but apparently he was a very good boy I couldn't believe how prompt they were our groomer in whakatane new Zealand had him for 3hours this took less then two hours price was good I differently will be going back merry Christmas to your team and a happy and see you in the new year.

Our Dog Bailey always looks so great after she has been groomed! They are very good my nervous little girl!

Used their services for a lion cut for my cat and they did an amazing job! They were able to book me in very fast and worked quick and gentle with my cat. Prices are very fair and the staff are amazing as well. Overall an amazing experience!

Today was my first day bringing my baby girl for a spa day at pretty paws and it won’t be the last ! They Did an amazing job!! Watching them interact with my dog during drop off and pick up showed me just how much they truly care for your pet , and their customer service is amazing ! The facilities are super clean ! We loved Pretty Paws for both of our dogs, the results were consistently excellent and you could tell the groomers loved their charges! Unfortunately on our last visit in September, we were made to feel unwelcome because one of our pups was too noisy. This hadn't been a problem before (though we acknowledge that he can be obnoxiously talkative, especially when kenneled). It's 100% possible he was having a bad day and they have the right to open a dialogue about strategic correction- if anyone would have good suggestions, it would be a groomer! But it was disappointing to be made to feel that we Couldn't come back until he was less of a 'problem'. We've since taken both our pups elsewhere and heard nothing but good since, so while I'm sad we won't be returning because of the excellent quality of service, I'm more content knowing that we'll have open discussion on any concerns, and the relationship will be preserved.

My dogs hates getting his nails done and we were in and out in under 10 minutes. The lady got all of his nails clipped without too much of a struggle. Super worth the money to not fight my dog.
