Excellent customer service. The gentleman assisting me with a return was exceptional and so wonderful with my two kids. A parts store would be pretty low on my list of places to visit (was going for my hubby) but I had to leave a review because I would return just because of the customer experience. Well done!

Horrible service. Staff hate you when you walk through the door.

Have had much better experiences here lately than in the past.Before I would get wrong parts in almost every order. Recently I've had some fantastic employees go the extra mile to help me out.

They do their best. Some staff are much better than others, but I have had wrong parts ordered on more than one occasion. The store rotates through some really great sales on oil, it's worth checking whats on sale before your next oil change.

Friendly customer service and yet they were closed and after listening to my situation managed to help me with the luck on my side that the cash register was still open.

This store has a good on-hand inventory stock and if they don't have what you need they can usually get it next day.The store is nicely laid out and well stocked.All the counter staff are helpful and knowledgeable.Parts delivery available

May 12,walked in asked for green antifreeze,, aluminum compatible,,Guy with beard said,comes in 5 litre jugs,I said how much,I dunno changes price everyday,as he and other employee continued to walk to the back and not help any further,,,so I left..Seems as tho they hate there job.and the public..2 guys today anyways,at 245 pm..Never going back

Awful customer service, parts desk people need training badly for in store and phones.

I have been a consistent customer to this location for years.....I am now suggesting that future customers myself included go to other parts stores....politeness and courtsey go a long way....no callbacks when my recent orders have come in....they messed up my order, it was not a big deal to me I was kind and just said give me what you have....people on the phone are dismissive, costantly sighing and even hung up on me, i could tell from how load the noise from the phone crashing when he hung up..$1200 dollars spent and to leave feeling that way..they act as if I am a nuisance when I am being very clear on what parts I need....had a good rep when I went in store however the other guys who were just standing there were looking at me like I was interrupting their day, as it was me waiting for 30 minutes in store waiting for them to figure out the order...90% of the customer service has left the building...seems like a bad envrionment....shop elsewhere...
