Salon Gii

I absolutely hated my experience at this salon. Getting your hair done is something that is supposed to be relaxing but I was stressed out the entire time about the damage being done to my hair and the dye on my face. The man who did my hair (Sam), brushed my hair top to bottom, disregarding any tangles and ripping through my hair pulling it out. I then proceed to get my hair washed and he is completely leaning over my face. Then another girl starts drying my hair without a brush or anything and leaving it damp. Once I go back to Sam, he goes ahead with curling my hair while my hair is still damp. As anyone should know, brushing hair like that and curling while damp is horrible no matter the hair type. At salon gii they are very unprofessional and I could've probably done a better job myself without the damage. Please don't ignore this review, I don't usually do this, but this appointment genuinely made me upset and don't wish it upon anyone to spend money and get these results.

If you have the pleasure of having Marta as your hair stylist, you would know that the outcome is absolutely perfect. I have been going to Marta for over a decade and she listens to exactly what I want and makes me feel like a movie star. LOVE and would highly recommend this salon and especially Marta!

I went to get a few inches off and my undercut touched up, the trim is fine but I’m horrified by the undercut. The hairdresser never showed me the back of my hair with a mirror to see my undercut or the trim once he was finished, i suppose I should’ve taken that as a red flag. There was already a straight line from where i’ve been getting my undercut shaved to, I’m very upset by my results.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE you’re better off cutting your own hair and saving the $. The older gentleman working there didnt give a damn about me and didn’t listen to what I wanted for a simple hair cut. I told him my hair gets tangley when it’s wet and he should use some detangler and he said “no it’s fine I used conditioner” and then proceeded to comb my hair from the top down and ripped so much off it out. He then parted my hair in the center and I told him that’s not my part and he said “it’s okay now you have more hair on both sides”. He then left me for over15 minutes to talk to other people when my hair was half dry.

Excellent customer service, very good quality products and professional services. I highly recommend them.

Came in last minute and they were happy assist me. I recieved a colour & cut and the customer service was great, and my hair turned out gorgeous.

best hair salon around! I've been going here for years and Sam is the best at listening to me and always giving me the color and style I want! looks at any pictures I bring in and get's it done every single time! thanks Sam!

This was my first time coming to Gii Hair Salon planning on getting a cut/trim, so I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted so there would be no miscommunications, and I couldn't believe a professional hair dresser could screw a cut up so bad. Not at all what I wanted, the style kind of looks like what the picture was, but the length is more then half more short than it should be. I will not be returning to Salon Gii again.

You couldn't pay me to come back here.I've never felt less cared about as a customer. I came in with medium length hair looking to clean it up, asking for a fade on the sides while only taking off the tips on the top. The hairdresser proceeded to to go a #1 buzz on the sides without confirming the length I wanted, and then took 4/5s off the top.Overall, very bad experience.
