From the start, the customer service we received from the team at 3Gen, and Jordyn in particular, was outstanding. Their great advice, quick answers (and patience) for our many questions, attention to detail, willingness to work with us to get everything just the way we wanted it, and quality installation of our new kitchen cabinets and counters was amazing. Any minor issues we had with the product or work was quickly and professionally fixed and made right. I would highly recommend 3Gen to anyone looking for a contractor that provides great products and services and genuinely cares about their customers.

We had a great experience working with 3 Gen from the design phase to the construction and completion phase of building our first home. The team made the process of building a house seamless.The completion time for our house was 6 months. We are so thankful for 3Gen for giving us our dream kitchen. We thought that fully renovating our kitchen and living room and knocking down 3 walls would be a stressful time. However, the team made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Jordyn and Tyler walked us through the design process, helping us make difficult decisions and answering our questions. 3Gen Cabinetry was selected as general contractor to build our 2000 sq. ft. custom timber frame home in cooperation with a timber framing company. The flow of information and advice from 3Gen provided a sound basis for construction during all stages. Our distinctive lakeside home reflects the skilled workmanship and sound construction practices that went into it. It is a well-built and beautifully finished home with a solid foundation. I had a great experience with Gen3. We gutted our kitchen and I lost 7 cupboards. We were not changing the size of the kitchen. How was I to get the same storage space and an open concept? Tyler and Eric were fabulous! They came up with a design and I did not have to sacrifice storage. I loved how personable they are and that they did not ask me to do any measurements. They came to the house to see what they were working with and do measurements before I even committed to working with them. I have since been back for them to make bathroom and laundry room cabinets.

Buying a new build home with 3Gen was a great experience. From the very start, Tyler and his team was very responsive to my questions and upgrade requests. After moving in, the after-sale service has been outstanding. Tyler had contractors lined up to address minor issues right away every time I brought up a concern. Great build and professional work!
