Ken helped me today, thank you for a great experience. Tbh I wasn’t looking forward to going initially but it went smooth, he was straight forward, honest and efficient. I was in and outta there in 15 minutes. Don’t judge this booth by the old reviews, the current team runnin the place is proper.

Today was my second time dealing with this kiosk and I've got to say I am not impressed. I was literally only there to pay my phone bill with them due errors online so I went over for what should have been no less than a quick 5 minute transaction. 3 people behind the counter, 1 of them free and couldn't help me (for some reason even though she just stood around) and the one with long black curly hair and glasses tells me they have a long line-up even though there are only 3 sets of customers around (myself included) and tells me to come back later over something that could just take a few seconds. Same guy was rude to me before when I had to return a phone for my first visit. My issue went unresolved and they're about to lose another customer.

Went to change my plan, originally served by a young lady that clearly didn't want to be there. She just directed me to the Koodo help line. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, went back in and purposely avoided her side, was served by a great young man named Olu (he was new, so a bit slow) but incredibly accommodating and friendly. Due to time constraints I had to leave for work, but he gathered everything up and invited me to come back at a less constrictive time.If I had only dealt with Olu it would be 5/5 (his speed was not a determinant factor as everyone needs to learn). However, the first rep I dealt with knocks it down to a 4.

I went to this kiosk 2 days ago because I was in the mall and wanted to see if they had any better plans than what I currently have with them. The guy that helped me clearly wanted to be anywhere else but there. He looked like he was high and seemed like he knew nothing about their services. He basically told me to just look online. I ended up walking away because I didn't want to deal with someone who wasn't all there.

Switch my package and downgraded my data speed after confirming 3 times that it was only a rate change. Then I needed to phone in again to get the same rate plan at my old data speed. Be careful and ask a million qualifying questions before agreeing to anything because they don't put the offer in writing. Watch out for acronyms as well.

I was helped by Stephen at the Koodo kiosk, one of the nicest people I've met, made sure I understood all aspects of my plan and bill and answered all my questions in ways that were easy to understand. 11/10 experience.
