Minoru Medical Clinic

I have been going to Minoru Medical for a few years now. Reception is polite and easy to book an appointments with over the phone. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and always takes time to answer my health concerns or fill a quick refill prescription. They also have a small pharmacy attached for more general prescriptions. Clean and up to date facility. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Having been a patient for over 35 years with Doctor Mckatyn and then subsequently Dr Zavaglia when he took over I've never been more comfortable they're both amazing to me and my Family!

Great place! Dr.Chang is a very well trained doctor, and the receptionists are very nice and welcoming!

A good experience at the clinic for me had always begun with the receptionist. The receptionist I encountered over the phone was not just unclear but quite impatient. She had called to say I was the next individual on the waitlist and that she can set up a phone appointment for me with the doctor to see if he will take me as a patient. The thing is that I had to figure all that out myself by asking questions for clarification. I was utterly confused by her because she barely explained properly why she was initially calling. On top of that, she seemed annoyed that she had to answer my questions even though she was not clear in the first place.I have heard great things about the doctor, but not about the receptionists. Frankly speaking, they should get better training on their people skills.

Horrible receptionist. I walked in trying to book an appointment and she told me they were closed when it was 4:45. So unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Horrible receptionists with terrible attitudes! Avoid!!!

How can one even call themselves professionals??? When someone comes and asks for help and all you do is direct them to the emergency area or a walk in clinic.Shame on you!! A 2 year old needed some help...which you could have provided and you denied it. Thank you for being the worst medical office ever.

Be aware they are not a walk-in clinic.
