I made the change to Catalyst Commons in late 2020 for my office needs, and I couldn't be happier. Being self-employed, I wanted an office that fit my needs now, with the ability to upscale in future. Bright, well lit offices with plenty of soundproofing. Airy shared spaces and lots of quiet little spots to take a call, have a coffee or just change up the scenery.Additionally, Catalyst Commons is highly tech focused providing the support I need to operate efficiently. If you have professional space needs (be it a hot desk, dedicated desk or full time office) drop by and be wowed by Catalyst Commons!

Simply stellar!I found myself in Waterloo for an entire week, far from my desk in Toronto, and desperate for a place to settle and work. Normally I would find a cafe or bite the bullet and work in my car. But with COVID and the heat wave, neither was a viable option. The fine folks at Catalyst Commons set me up with a weekly pass that gave me full access to the entire facility. The app was easy to use so that I could come and go as I needed to. The working space itself was huge and abundant. If you’re a bit of a roamer like me, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s lots of places and views for you to sit and work, including call rooms for ultimate privacy. What really surprised me is how CC maintains the trend of abundance and features in every way. Snack bar, filtered water, espresso machines, clean cutlery and plates. In the bathroom, you have full showers that further accommodate several life and work styles.Lastly, the thing I appreciate most was how friendly the community was. Everyone is open to talking and helping out. And if you’re a little stressed, you may find a fluffy friend roaming around ready to help centre yourself again.Honestly, Catalyst Commons wrote the playbook for the best co-working space. If I ever find myself in Waterloo again, I know where I’ll be going.Special shout out to Angela for getting me up and running without delay and fuss!

Commons saved my sanity. My organization has been remote-first since 2018, but in the depths of the pandemic we all needed some connection. We moved in to a small office in June of 2021, giving us the opportunity to meet and collaborate every couple weeks as a team, while maintaining our remote mentality.Commons is a big, inspiring co-working space with lots of little hidden 'thinking' spaces, collaborative areas, comfortable offices (with HUGE, quality whiteboards), and a really nice hotdesking area. Thanks to these shared spaces and open events held every few weeks or so, I've connected with people across multiple industries, and uncovered new solutions to challenges my business has encountered (not to mention support). This place reminds me of (the good parts of) working in a larger company: the opportunity to run into folks you know at the water cooler, socialize on Friday afternoons, and generally feel connected. It's just that rather than working for different departments, we're all in different businesses. If you're looking to bring your team to a physical space at some point, I've got five words for you: Get in while you can.[I literally only have one photo from Commons...so hey: if you see room 207, come say hi.]

By far the nicest Co work space in Waterloo Region. Location is great with access to lots of parking, transit and bike trails. The space is bright, clean, flexible and cost effective. If you are looking for an office for one or small teams you must consider Catalyst Commons

I started working out of the Catalyst Commons this month and I can say it’s by far the nicest co-working experience I’ve had. The space is massive and it provides various amenities to provide for your working needs. Commons has lots of bright, well lit offices, convenient meeting rooms, airy shared spaces and little pods to take private calls. I also love that I have varied coffee, tea and fruit options at my disposal.Commons is easily accessible to its members and provides the support I need to operate efficiently. Highly recommended!

Large, modern, well equipped co-working space. Good lighting and energy. Staff are flexible, regular networking events.. In building WiFi and mobile coverage could be better, but it's manageable.
