Darren is one of a kind! I can't suggest using him enough. We are lucky enough to have an indoor pool, and I trust Darren with the care of it. It's not as easy as the world tells you! Darren shows up consistently on time when he says he will be there. He comes weekly to help keep our pool in amazing shape. He always has a smile on his face, and even surprised our kids with an awesome pool toy one time. No reason, he is just a good guy. Darren was the ONLY person in town that diagnosed a massive problem with our pool correctly. The other big stores had no clue, and charged us for services they didn't even provide. First day, Darren jumped in the pool to figure out what was going on. He pledged to get the job fixed. Later on in that week, he was digging out a massive bent pipe and had us up and running better than ever. Since then he shows up and sometimes fixes things we didn't even know were wrong. If you're using ANYONE else for your pool service, you are out of your mind! :) - Fair prices, amazing work, quality person. Plus if you're looking for custom solutions, he has amazing ideas, and the wherewithal to make it work!

I had a problem with my Hotub and after calling he was right over... like way faster than I expected. Figured out the problem (needed new motor) had new one ordered and installed very quickly and even cleaned my tub after installing beyond where he was working! Super friendly and easy to talk to and seemed like a great guy. Also delivers supplies... to your house! Anyway, I was really impressed with him and his service! Thanks again Darren!

Fast, friendly service at a fair price. The heater coil went in my hot tub during a cold snap. I called Northern Aquatics and the next day Darren came out and fixed my tub. I now purchase all of my chemicals and filters from Northern Aquatics.
