Hands down the worst I have ever been treated or should I say mistreated. They talk about workers rights and helping you out you know what I got after 7 weeks after being let go, for absolutely no reason! Improper use of company vehicle on a weekend that I wasn't even there for! Nobody bothered to do an investigation just assumed me guilty. Maybe Nadleah-Macro should stop wasting there money and time.Just because someone else gave whoever the keys after I left sight at noon on Saturday. So after all the money in union dues I have paid I got absolutely no help from anyone! STOP WORKNG FOR CLAC waste of time and moneyThen after 7 months our EI decided it was not a good enough or legit reason, I would say wrongful dismissal but there was absolutely no effort or gaf on Macro or CLACs behalf, and paid me anyways. Pretty sad! Just goes to show that you need to document everything yourself they could not prove or show any of there accusations to be true??
