Horrible experience, highly recommend going to another location.Tried to buy a box of nicotine patches and the total came to over 70$. As I asked why it was so expensive, the girl at the counter gave me attitude and started arguing that the price was right. I left the store and went to another and was charged the correct amount of 30$I got home and made a call (asked for a supervisor) to alert them of there pricing error. To my surprise it was the same girl with even more of an attitude telling me they have no control of the pricing and if I wanted it changed I have to call the head office and deal with it myself...will never buy anything here again.

I just went to buy some foundation (some trendy one from tiktok, because I am a sheep) and Tracy at the beauty counter was the most helpful employee I have ever interacted with at any store ever. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly. She advised me to go with a different foundation because of my skin type, and helped me pick out some other products that I needed. I've never had a bad experience at this Shoppers, but I would like to be clear in saying that these five stars are for Tracy specifically, and when I need things in the future, I hope she's there!

I usually have a good experience at this pharmacy. But tonight I was suffering from severe allergies, I went to get a recurring allergy prescription filled here and was told that don't have any left which I know cannot be the case. The Person at the counter Ask the pharmacist How can we help this customer who is clearly in distress from his allergies and the pharmacist told her to for me to buy an over -the-counter alternative that was more expensive than my recurring prescription and I know for a fact will not work for me. the customer service provided by that pharmacist was disgusting, despicable unprofessional and unacceptable! He showed he could care less If he helped a customer in need, especially a customer that has been a customer there longer than he's been a pharmacist there. Not the first time I have not been pleased with his professionalism HE HAS TO DO BETTER!

I truly believe this pharmacy is taking my ADHD prescription from me. Somehow most months I am consistently four pills short, so I started asking them to count them at the counter for me and this stopped happening. This most recent time I have picked up my prescription, they did not count them in front of me (as there is a note on my file to do) and surprise surprise, I am four pills short and unable to refill. I take one pill every day, I even use the weekly pill box to ensure this and hide the bottle to avoid any being taken by anyone else. I will be taking my prescription to a different pharmacy and calling someone that can investigate this seriously.

Went to your location to find the perfect foundation and luckily Savannah was there to help! Very knowledgeable on the products and brands they carry and was able to work with my budget. Would definitely recommend talking to her if you have any beauty questions!!

Security guard arrested" and read my young sister her "rights"

Had a terrible experience with security at door. Blonde hair security guy that wouldn’t tell me his name accused me of stealing and threatened to call the cops on me. He was VERY aggressive towards me and I was put in a really bad situation. I paid for all my things and he wouldn’t believe me and I showed him the receipt. UNBELIEVABLE. Do not go here unless you want to be harassed by security!

Recently went to this location looking for a high end skincare line that would work best for my skin. The beauty consultant, Savannah, was phenomenal! She was very helpful and was easily able to assist me in choosing the best products. Thank you Savannah! Look forward to seeing your my next appointment and I would definitely recommend meeting with her at your next visit.

Terrible service. I was denied pain medication for no reason. I was then advised by my Dr. to deal with a different pharmacy, which I did, and had it filled with no difficulties whatsoever. The pharmacist at this location constantly tries to override the Drs. Directions. Ekhert was his name. He must be a Dr wanna be.I also suspect they’ve been double dipping. Charging me and my insurance company for the same prescription. Once I brought it to their attention my prescriptions we’re suddenly covered again. It is under investigation. They’re crooks as well.

My husband and I booked a flu shot appointment at this pharmacy only to be told there was a glitch" in the system and no such appointment was booked. We attempted to rebook with the young women however she had no clue as to how or when we could get an appointment.The pharmacist preceeded to join us at the counter. His white medical coat was beyond filthy. He had no clue how to navigate the bookings and then handed us forms to fill out telling us to fill both sides completely when the backside clearly states " pharmacist only".I understand errors in the system and mistakes can be made but the dirty coat
