Nick Logarakis MD

Doctor is great but staff is the worst. My Dad went to pick up his blood work papers and they treated him terribly. He knocked on the door and they were not opening, he called in and no pick up. The staff is inside doing absolutely nothing. They finally open the door 25mins later and started yelling at him. I highly recommend the Doctor looks into this because I also see other patients complaining about the staff.

I am a social service worker. We have our clients best interest at heart, although our clients may present a challenge at times, NEVER do we treat them disrespectfully; after all, it is because of them we have a job. I think this doctor needs to remember that. Several of our staff have brought a client to Dr. Logarakis and every one of the staff has had a negative reaction with this doctor. He extremely rude and non-compliant. He makes his patients AND family members feel stupid and unimportamt. I think he should resign or purchase a new attitude with money he makes from his patients. I'm so hurt and disgusted!!!

I knew a few people who have seen Dr. Logarakis and they said was good experience. Was surprised to see the reviews. My appointments were also very good. No problem with Doctor or staff.

My father had gone to this office and experienced the most horrible service from the front desk staff. He was asking them simple questions where they could not even respond politely but rather just rudely. The filipino woman at the front desk had started to swear at my father. The doctor should definitely look into his staff and train them further for how to treat patients as they are ruining his own reputation at this office. It's disheartening to experience this service from an ill-mannered and rude staff. Definitely will not be recommending this place to any friends or family!

My experience has been fantastic. He is kind and listens.

If you want to save yourself pain I would suggest staying away.Very hard to get hold of anyone at the office, message is always full and no one answers. the staff very rude and expect you to spend your day trying to get hold of them.They called us today and suggested that if we don't cancel our appointment in 2 days then they will charge us however the suggestion was to keep calling and they never answer.one of my visits I witnessed an older man coming in and the lady at the front was extremely rude suggesting that his appointment was canceled while a message was not left so he had no way of knowing. I felt extremely sad for the man.I would strongly recommend staying away from this place as the Dr must know how bad this all is and he is not doing anything about it

I am a doctor myself, who is trained outside Canada. I attended doctor Logarakis clinic because I had a renal stone and I was referred to him from the emergency unit. I think doctor Logarakis does not spend enough time with patients and he needs to give more time to listen to their concerns. On the plus side, doctor Logarakis is a competent and experienced urologist.Secretaries at his office need to pick up the phones when they are called, as getting hold of them seems to be a hard task!

Dr. Logarakis is of the best and nicest specialist i have ever dealt with in terms of my dad prostate illness. But, unfortunately, he has the worst staff in the front desk that they don't know how to deal with patients or have the patience to understand their needs. Really sorry dr. I will only give you 5 star which im more than willing to do, is to replace front desk staff with more professionalism.AJ

Call twice now regarding my Father William petrovich who needs Dr Logarakis's service,but this phone keeps coming up mailbox is full, try again later. I noticed on previous reviews this is an issue. The only reason the good doctor got a one star is because he called me regarding my father a couple weeks ago and he seems like a good person. Obviously whoever handles his calls is not very good. Perhaps the good doctor should do something about this. As my father who's 91 expressed how is anybody supposed to get a hold of him. Perhaps an email would be a good idea if his mailbox is full.
