I ordered a furnace part online from these guys and cancelled the order due to a conflict with other maintenance arrangements that were made.The cancellation request was placed well before the order shipped, but they ignored it, shipped the part, and billed me for it. Now they are demanding that I pay to return the item after they screwed up.These people are great at taking your money, but horrible at customer service. This has been a completely unacceptable experience and I will never use them again.

Needed the water valve for an older fridge. The part arrived quickly and the substitution was correct. Can't go wrong here. Thanks.

I needed a fan for our basement bathroom Infrared/Exhaust fan. I found the Motor type and when I brought it down to the store the brand new motor was in my hand and paid for in about 7 mins. Great service and the fan is working great. Highly recommend this company.

Hi thereI am just your average joe blow home owner, I bought a Frigidaire stove about 14 months ago (warranty gone about 2 months) first the bake element went on me then at the same time after installing element, the oven wouldn't work, after talking to a wonderful lady Colleen at the Amre store in Cambridge, we figured out it was the control board. Frigidaire wouldn't do anything to help me or where I bought the oven, Leon's. Colleen at Amre was absolutely wonderful and helped me diagnosing and saving me on the parts, I would highly recommend anybody needing similar help to go to Amre and if you see Colleen she would be sure to help out.
