Stopped in for drinks at the store its connected to, grabbed 4 doughnuts on the fly. Got on highway and they were older and dry (honey cruller) , jelly were ok

I went inside and ordered a coffee. Then i saw a big fly sitting on the donut. I informed the associate very politely that there’s a fly on the donut just to make them aware so that they can either throw that away or do something about this issue. Instead he very rudely replied that i know and it’s not our problem. We cannot do anything about this problem. And went back to work. At least he should have some common sense and know how to behave with the customers. I could have acted rude as well in-front of other customers but i choose to silently go and inform him. I won’t be visiting this Tim Hortons again.

Really slow. It’s a truck stop on the TransCanada, but it wasn’t busy. A little dirty too. Nice staff, just slow.

Ample parking for trucks pulling RVs. Service was great. One nitpick was that I was disappointed to find that they gave you paper spoons for chilli. The spoon quicly became a floppy useless mess. Also, decent coffee at a gas stop is kind of rare in these parts so thank goodness of TH.

Roll up the rim really sucks this year besides 2 free coffees and 2 free donuts and a lot of junk sweepstakes and their is one thing u do need to change is using points for a coffee and that should be 70 points not 400 points because when I’m low on money the 70 points is way much better and easier and not losing 400 points when I’m trying to save my points when need it, and everything else is fine

Had chipotle dipping with my order it was below half of the container, seriously Tim Hortons fill them up please we are not taking them for free. This was not my first experience on this location.
