Ouf service à la clientèle très ordinaire!Aucun bonjour, aucune offre d’aide pour transporter une PORTE! Ce n’est quand même pas léger.Très déçue! Le jeune personnel devrait être davantage formé en savoir-être pour vos clients!

I am new to RONA, I am used to their competitor and must admit it was a pleasant experience visiting the store. Sadly the store doesn't have wicks for Honeywell humidifiers but i will be back.

Terrible customer service, I've been making payments for an appliance I have yet to receive after a month, and any phone call I make end up in a menu loop, a answering machine or they just hang up on me.
