Caribbean Sun Restaurant & Bar
Today is a very windy day with bad weather conditions. As a result SkipTheDishes has very limited drivers. The wonderful lady who answered at the restaurant went out of her way to make sure I got my food on time before my flight back to Edmonton. Even after skip cancel the order she had it work out for me. I truly appreciate it very much excellent customer service!! Very tasty food also.

Food was ok but the waitresses knew very little about the food items on the menu. Place looks very nice on the inside. Able to dine in as well.

Caribbean Sun Restaurant & Bar
I ordered four meals from a restaurant through Uber Eats, spending a total of $70. After waiting 2 and a half hours at a job site and being asked 15 times where lunch was, I only received one of the four meals I had ordered and the coke was warmer than the meal I did receive. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to be in business, it's crucial to run it properly and provide efficient service to customers.

My first time trying this restaurant however will definitely be my last! Unfortunately the food was very basic and tasteless, I’m super disappointed. The beef in the chowmein tasted like absolutely nothing, the fried rice had these awkward huge pieces of green onions and ginger in it. It’s a NO for me, respectfully

The waitress was completely oblivious to our order. We asked for something specific and she told us she understood what we wanted but brought something different. Asked for 6 spring rolls and only brought. She brought drinks while her hair was all in the bottle. She didn’t bring plates we had to ask her twice. Condiments were not available. I see people writing a 4 star review and the customer service was awful. On another note I heard the food was great and i don’t doubt it at all but today the calamari was rubbery.I would have gave 0 stars but Daphney was extremely sweet she was helpful there should be more waitresses like her.

The food is good and the service is okay. The servers are very nice, but restaurant is understaffed, so you won't get your food as promptly. They do have black pudding and it is pretty good. It's a good restaurant if you are just looking for a chill and relaxing time. If you are hungry and want your food promptly would not recommend going. But worth a try if you are not in a rush.
