Couldn’t find it. Very confusing address.

Completely useless. Been waiting over two weeks because FedEx doesn't understand how to buzz into a townhouse. Amazon delivers multiple packages allllllll the time. I can't seem to understand how FedEx is so incompetent. I'll be complaining to the shipper and advising that if FedEx is used I won't be purchasing product from them anymore. Three attempts were made."A drive by isn't an attempt.Useless."

I don't know what are the feedex doing as i paid my all payment but untill i don't get my parcel and the agent will not picking my phone i don't know what happened i really disappointed with the service of feedex and i never use their service again in future

the worst service ever. I was waiting for my package for almost 2 two weeks. when called the location, I was told that the delivery person attempted 3 times to deliver and gave me one day to pickup or they'll return it back to the sender. if the delivery person used his common sense, I had provided my phone number with the address. if he took the time to just give me a call, I wouldn't have to wait for my package for two weeks plus I need to a cab to go for the pickup since I don't have a car. their service sucks big time. a waist of time

Friendly staff and very quick service.

Efficient but miserable service. Super abrupt, didn't even offer to help me carry the 40 lb box I was struggling with, cut me off midsentence twice.On a lighter note, heaven help you if you get a call from Fed Ex that your package rerouted here. It gave me a belly laugh twice over. The robot voice in the voicemail gives the address SO FAST it took me and two coworkers eight times listening through the long winded message to get it written down. Every other number was given at a standard pace but the address was a good four times faster than normal. We were laughing hysterically, and again when, after that struggle, we looked it up on Google maps and found out there are six places with the same address.Well. That was a highlight at least.

It was a part of Staples and there was not enough trained staff. So there was a long long wait to be served
