OMG. this came out of some ASL delivery guys hatch back. First they claimed they tried delivering it the day prior at 6:42 am, that was a blatant lie, I checked the security camera and nothing. I called and complained at ASL, they apologized and said we will get it for you tomorrow and the box came destroyed and the delivery guy dragged it on the ground. This is what i got. BTW this is an Amazon contractor....ROFLMAO.

Worst delivery company ever .. I wish Amazon would go back to delivering themselves. According to the GPS tracking it was delivered over 1km away . It's not hard , read the address on the package.. Call customer service and they said they were going to retrieve the package and deliver it . Call again and get told they don't do that, wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. ASL must stand for Always Somethings Lost.

I hate that Indigo delivers with them because they are absolutely awful, constantly packages going out for delivery only to not actually get delivered and getting no further updates. Currently I have 6 packages being delivered by then from Indigo, one actually got delivered but the driver left it randomly outside nowhere near the door or mailbox, 3 of them have just not moved at all in days with no tracking updates, and 2 went out for delivery but didn’t actually get delivered and now there’s been no further updates. So even when they actually manage to deliver a package they do it badly.Edit (Apr. 20, 2023) - I’m going to add to my review because Indigo continues to use them. Today instead of delivering my two books to the front door nicely they just threw them down the hall, leaving them sitting spread out across the hallway. This was also after two straight days of going out for delivery and not actually delivering.

Delivery showed up at nearly 10pm, well beyond when I'd expect to have actually received it. Was simply left outside on the porch in the dark, no call or contact. I only realized it'd been delivered because I updated the tracker one last time out of curiosity about 40 minutes after the fact. Thankfully someone else in the building saw the package and brought it in to leave by my door because it absolutely would have been stolen given how many wandering homeless and other sketchy people are in the area.The last delivery I had with them, the carrier at least had the forethought to call me to tell me to come collect my package. I presumed the other carriers would have the same level of intelligence but I suppose not.

In a one week span we have had 2 orders from Amazon with a “guaranteed” one day delivery from ASL not show up. The delivery status isn’t updated until the delivery time is missed. Very frustrating when you are counting on needed equipment delivery. There appears to be no accountability. I called Amazon and they seem to have no idea and cannot trace the location of the packages. The tracking is a joke it just indicates picked up by carrier and the status states We are sorry your package is late and the. You are given a 4 day possible window of delivery and after that you can request a refund. Super poor service from ASL and Amazon. Amazon has indicated you can request on your account that a specific carrier not be used in the future. This may help actually receiving packages but not with my current missing packages. So very frustrating

So I ordered a box of vinyl automotive wrap off amazon. It was shipped quickly (2 days) and tracking said it was delivered to porch or doorstep so I looked outside and the mailman happened to stop and ask if I was looking for a package. ASL courier just stuffed my package between the mailboxes and drove away. I live 7 houses down and the delivery address is on the box. How lazy and incompetent can the driver be? And just leaving it for anyone to take. I hope I don’t ever have to use them again if that’s how they operate

The driver was unsure if he had arrived at the correct destination so he phoned me. He was only a few hundred metres from my door, but was at the wrong building. I talked to him and guided him to the house. Excellent initiative by the driver. He was very polite and very professional. A good experience overall.

After reading all the terrible reviews I was terrified to see Amazon chose I get my package shipped by ASL after moving to Ontario. I thought maybe people were exaggerated. I am quickly realizing people were not exaggerating and ASL is terrible. *Update* ASL finally did something and actually got me my package. The box was a little beat up though. At least they actually did their jobs.

Excellent service. If ever I have an issue, I message through the website and they get back to me within 15 mins and sort my issues. Only had 2 issues in probably 30 deliveries, so for the regular stuff they are great too.
