Had the worst customer service!! First time here to this location as I had a coupon specific to here. I waited in line and a bunch of kids were in front of me. No big deal. The one kid had a gift card and I'm assuming he didn't know how to Swipe it. But the lady had the nerve to rip it out of his hand and put the card in the slot to swipe it and leave it there for him to do it. It looked like she got very frustrated very fast with this boy. Anyways I get up and order. I had a free coupon for a sundae, and she says ok wait over to the side. I was about to order more but she told me to wait to the side with the stern voice. Like she wanted to keep the line going. I said that's it, yes stand over here and wait for it. I said I was going to order another thing but I guess I wasn't. So pushy no smile and doesn't seem to like her job. I won't be going back here if that's how they treat people. Nice restaurant though.

Ok sooooo Dairy Queen is thought of as fast food, therefore you don't expect or get a dining experience right?? Wrong!!!I was in the other day and Melinda is the team member on duty. She is pleasant and warm and inviting. After making my purchase she tells me to grab a seat and she will bring my food to me. When does this ever happen in a Dairy Queen?? As I'm sitting there you can hear her interacting with other guests and she remembers their names and what the like to order and even knows things about their everyday lives. Melinda has made the guests coming in here feel like they are at home. I asked her name as I left (so I could write this review) and she asked mine so she could remember the next time I came in.Melinda is a rockstar of a human and really defines the word community as she makes it a reality.Thank you again Melinda, you really gave me a 5 star dining experience. I hope the owners appreciate you as your guests including me, really do.Thank you.

The food is good obviously the ice cream is to die work. The service is very good the staff. Are? Your friendly almost gives you that little small town feel everybody knows everybody all in all. Of this good experience

This is my favorite DQ to go to. The staff are very friendly. The food is always good.Great environment to sit with the family and enjoy your meal or ice cream.

The assistant manager served us and she was wonderful. In fact she had a full staff complement and everyone was happy. The banana split was huge!! Restaurant super clean and the air conditioning was a welcome bonus.

This dairy Queen is the nicest location I've ever been in. I love there burgers and Desserts, but most of the dairy Queen locations I've ever been to are old and run down looking with slow service. This one in ladner was really nice all new looking, really quick service they shouldn't have gotten rid of the Ultamate burger, got the new #1 double burger, was overpriced as usual was really good though. The outside really nice as well. Good food quick service. They did cook the S*** out of the fries though we won't lose a star just for that.

Best DQ ever! Clean, freshly made food! Great owner! Got a shake today, asked about Churro dipped cone promo. Owner said it's on to mid July, said I'd be back to try. Got my delicious shake and a mini sampler churro cone! Such friendly staff!

Super clean restaurant, bright, spacious, layed out nicely and clean! Lots of outdoor spaces to sit too!Located on a convenient corner of the small shopping center.We walked in and picked out a delicious cake and they wrote on it for me right away.Super Friendly and efficient service! Will go back!
