Ordered 2 of the 6 bottles of hand sanitizer because the 12 bottles was sold out at the time. Arrived very fast. Only 6 shipped but emailed company and got a very prompt reply from Alex and verified with photos the order that arrived. Quick to rectify and will be sending the rest of the order. I understand there is a great demand for sanitizer and can imagine this company is working overtime filling orders so I can understand the mixup. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
