I have been using Executive Drycleaners for over 20 years. Initially I went there because I could not find a drycleaner that knew how to launder shirts and dry clean suits properly. I was recommended to Executive by one of the top men's clothiers in Vancouver. What a relief it was to find them. Both the service and the quality of the work has been excellent! In the 20 plus years I have been using Executive Drycleaners I have never had even one complaint. What is even better, they go out of their way to help solve difficult cleaning problems. Excellent customer service.I went in to see if I could get 4 dresses and jumpsuits tailored and altered for an upcoming wedding and vacation in the Caribbean. I was leaving in 10 days and they managed to get it done. I went in and did my fitting and they took the measurements. I was told to come back in a week so that if further alterations had to be made they can do it so that it'll be ready in time for my trip.That is exactly what happened. At my fitting one week later, some so that adjustments had to be made, and 2 days later, my outfits were ready for pickup and they ALL FIT PERFECTLY!!I was told up front what to expect to pay based on the dress and fabric. They also told me what they could and couldn't do in the timeframe needed and based on the dress itself.Thank you again for the great service
