Order an up right freezer. Had to wait for it to come in. Asked for a heads up when it came in so we could rearrange somwthings. They happily obliged. Received a phone call giving us a heads up it coming a week before hand. It arrived and was delivered the day they said it would be. Delivery men were fast and efficient. Love my new freezer.

I just had a couch delivered and I have had a great experience. Our Sales Rep Bonnie at the Chatham store was on top of everything and notified us the moment the furniture arrived. The Delivery People were also prompt and accomodating. They unpacked, set up and took away all the packaging in very short order! All in all a fantastic experience!!!

I waited 3 months to receive my purchase but now it’s here I am very pleased. The delivery guys were very professional and courteous

I was not personally home for delivery, but my friend who did me the favour of being here said they were prompt, polite, respectful, and professional on delivery and she recommended that I fill out this review as such. The couch was in as expected condition and placed well in my livingroom. The rest of my home was treated with respect as they moved it in through narrow openings.

I walked into the Chatham location with my 2 crazy kids and I thought it was going to be a nightmare. The sales person greeted us right away. I decided to get the washer and dryer that she was recommending. She kept me in the loop during the entire process with what she was doing and why it was taking time. My kids were off exploring and being kids. The sales lady didn’t say a word about it, which I appreciated. I would definitely shop there again.The delivery men were careful, polite, and came nice and early, which was great.

After 3 separate visits, my sales Rep Geoff remained consistently professional on point, and was able to maintain a fabulous sense of humor. As a person with special needs it was imperative that I choose a product that met my physical needs. Geoff assisted each time with knowledge and humility. Never once did I feel pressure to purchase any product. That's important to me. I don't want a sales rep to make me feel it's more important to make the sale than to sell the right product. Geoff Kohl not only made me confident in the business choice but in the purchases I was making. My experience with Chathams store and its staff were exceptional. Thank you Geoff Kohl for this above level shopping experience. I will definitely be shopping at this Leon's location again.
