I changed my mobile phone carrier to Koodo at this location . The sales associate Nina was a perfect example of good customer service. She explained all the features and choices to me of the Koodo plans and had some great suggestions after listening to what I wanted. While waiting on the phone for Koodo (their website was not cooperating) Nina answered other customers questions and called associates over to help with their needs if applicable. The koodo website kept crashing and Nina didn't show any frustration she just handled it professionally. I was very happy with her service. While waiting I glanced around and there's a lot to look at. A great selection of cameras, phones, computers and more. Everything seemed nicely displayed and well organized.

I ordered online some prints as well as 2 specialty mugs and got it all in 2 days. The pictures turned out great on the mugs too. I will definitely order again for some fun gift ideas!

Came here twice now to buy gravol and it’s 615 on a Saturday and it’s locked up. Barely any meds in stock. Can’t say it’s a supply issue as shoppers is always fully stocked. No decongestants. All the cold medicine is locked up. This a DRUG store and I can’t buy any. Not sure how this store can stay open for much longer. Super disappointed.

This was the best London Drugs store I have ever gone to. I went into the post office to buy a prepaid box and the employee Macrah was so kind and sweet she made my day! I have been to this location many times and the post office workers are always top notch.

I started shopping at this London Drugs because they have one of the only plastic recycling drop off bins my community.I can recycle my all my soft plastic packaging there. I love that this London Drugs cares about the environment!

Tyler was amazing and so helpful ! He helped me transfer my photo order to to the Langley location so I could have my photos within an hour of me ordering them ! 10/10 thanks again for going over and a above with your customer service !
