They don't sell parts to homeowners only to wholesalers. Wholesalers won't sell you the part unless they come to install it. It's a regulated industry". Not sure who is writing these other good reviews? Strange since Lennox has nice online videos to show you how to DIY??? If it's regulated then take those videos down?? I don't have a lot of trust in Lennox on this one. Luckily Amazon has the part."

Been ordering parts through this location for years. Last time I called to order a part was a joke. Was accused of not working for a company I have been with for 9 years. Almost had to drive a half hour to throw my business card at the counter guy.
