Had a insurance claim, which I prevented from getting worse. Then a representative came down & tried to talk me out of making a claim.Had a flooring company come down & their price was almost twice as much as the insurance price was?So, in future... I learned a lot with insurance companies, enough said!

This is my first full year with Jem insurance and they have been spectacular in my opinion. Always kind and courteous! They look after all your needs! I have all my houses, vehicles and toys in there very capable hands! The right insurance is the best insurance. Kim and the folks she works with make sure of that. Jem insurance is highly recommended and valued. Say hi to Kim for me! Cheers

I was a walkin client on a Saturday, 30 mins before closing. This location near me was the only one I found open on a Saturday. I'm new-ish to the Province and needed to update my photo ID. The documents I had with me didn't exactly fulfill the requirements. Lucas was very patient and helpful even in my agitated state. With Lucas help he was able to assist me to complete this task today instead of having to come back another day.

We have received compliment about JEM and got referred to Reygel. Unfortunately, the service he provides is not as what we heard. He is super impatient in answering questions either in person or through phone calls, especially when it's dealing with claims. When we purchased insurance from him, he would tell us he would help with claims. Whenever we called him, he was always in rush to hang up the call. If ones ever need to go to JEM, avoid Reygel as much as possible!

I made an appointment a week prior with Reygel as he would like to discuss my options face to face. I drove through a snow storm to keep my appointment only to be endorsed to someone new because he took a walk in client. Turns out that the quote could've have been sent by email. When I emailed him about how disappointing his service is, he made excuses instead of taking accountability for his actions.Very unprofessional and has no respect for people's time. Apparently, walk in's take precedent over a scheduled meeting. That is his business practice. So, if you want your time wasted and disrespected, this is the place to be.Home insurance are the same across the province as they all deal with the same providers. It's a matter of customer experience that this place doesn't have.Reygel took TIME from me that I will never get back. I will not wish upon anyone what I have experienced here.
