I definitely recommend Spencer to be your agent! Before moving to Ontario we were living out West and Spencer was on the hunt for us where he kept us informed with what was on the hot market. We arrived and and it was getting difficult to get into a place but Spencer jumped on it very quickly and found us a very suitable home.
