My order through Subway App told me the order was Ready!" 12:20pm. By the time I got there it's 12:24 and the girl worked there was serving another customer

So far so good when it comes to service , I’m glad they’re open for eat in . I ate in there today and it wasn’t crowded at all. We were only 3 dine in customers at the time I was there

My daughter went to get her combo while I was still outside the store. When I went in she was done and eating and I realized they never gave her receipt. I stood in line and when it was my turn I ordered my lunch. At the cash I politely asked one of the ladies for my daughter's receipt which they had missed. The lady appeared nervous and said it's busy and I had to line up again! I reminded her that I had just done that and it was now my turn. She still asked me to wait 15 minutes and appeared angry that I had asked for my receipt. Not even an apology. I said to her that I had to go but this was not a good way to solve an issue which they caused. They should have given (or at least offered) my daughter her receipt when she made the purchase. Very unprofessional.

I went in and started ordering and everything was going good until I had to pay, they charged my $18.05 for a 6 inch which is absurd and not only that they also didn’t bother to ask me for a receipt or anything. Overall I would give a 0 star if I could

All starts from management and down. The Manger doesn't wash hands after handling the cash and only changes glove to proceed to make a sandwich. The manager literally put half a handful of lettuce, so I asked for a bit more to at least cover the whole sub. Then I ask for extra olives, she again puts half a handful of olives, so I asked for more , she puts maybe 4 small pieces and says I can't put more or else I'll have to charge you extra for the lettuce and olives". Completely ridiculous! So stingy and rude. The manager has such a rude attitude. If the manager doesn't follow hand washing procedures

Staff were friendly and worked at a good pace. As with other locations, the food isn't totally worth the price. Plenty of non-fast food restaurants that meals of better value. This location is clean and has a good amount of seating.

This branch is Understaffed, by understaffed means she is alone working!! Doesnt have any knowledge about costumer service very rude on the phone, very rude in person!! Not a recommended branch of subway!! Had to drive further to go to a much better subway branch. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!

Rude staff. Wouldn't give extra lettuce, only said supply is short". They don't have spinach anymore. Honestly If they told me before hand I would've just went to freshii before the street.They gave BARELY any lettuce and the older women behind the register made a comment about me wanting more comment. You sprinkled that on.Never coming back again."
