Not very impressed with the customer service. Brought a piece of wood to be matched months ago, the associate told me no problem, that they could definitely match it. I dropped the piece off and don't get a call back for three days, only for another associate to tell me they can't match it. We took the piece to Home Depot and they matched it on the spot in ten minutes.

Steve and Shavy were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was with family and I was treated with a lot of respect without feeling like I am not good enough for not being a doctor or lawyer like little Bobby from across the street. Highly recommend!

It seemed that i was taking valuable time from the serving person, even though i was the only one in the store at that time. Not overly friendly. I guess i am use to the very helpful people at dulux whitby. However i needed to match paint from sherwin williams.

The associates were very eager to help me so that I could shop safely and get the best products for my needs. The paint itself was amazing and covered my white walls to a dark navy in two coats. The store was clean and inviting. They know their products and sales.
