Wonderful location and the playground is well-kept. Two things though: lack of parking and the site does not drain very well and thus stays quite swampy, especially around the ball field.

Cute little quiet park. A few sport amenities (tennis court, baseball diamond) and a small play structure for kids. Nice greenspace in the middle of apartments and townhomes to come and relax in. In the mornings you can hear the birds chirping and squirrels running around.

The OG big park in Southvale! It's great to walk your dogs through! Lots of space for them to run around and enjoy the vibes. Dog owners usually have a meeting there around 4-5 ok there everyday. It's a small well shaded park my kids love because of the play structure and it's fun slides plus a good sized field to run In beside it

Park with playground,tennis courts, splash pad, and baseball field. There are also basketball courts at the back. In the winter there is an outdoor skating rink.
