I am very happy that I came to this dealership. Jose went completely out of his way to get me on the road with my new car. Again Jose made my experience a great one. Thank you very much Jose and your employees for making this experience so easy for me. I am enjoying my new car and feel much safer!!!

We bought a car here about three months ago. We noticed the price online was different than what was listed on the lot. After showing this to the sales rep and needing to argue it a little, we were given the online price. Towards the end of the purchase we were asked if we would like to buy tires for $200. We asked at that time if they would fit and was told yes, apparently whether the rims fit was not part of their answer. Three months later going to put the tires on and we discover they’re wrong tires. When we contacted JRNN, we were told that the tires are the right size but the rims were a “gift.” However, this was obviously not disclosed when we purchased. JRNN refuses to refund the $200, or replace the rims that do not fit. We were told that all We have to do is go on kijiji and buy new rims, which completely defeats the purpose of buying tires AND rims. A joke of a business and extremely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend buying from this terrible establishment. Better business bureau has been contacted regarding this matter.

I love my 2010 Dodge Journey from JRNN Auto Centre. It performs great, handles great, rides great, It is comfortable, reliable and great on gas.I have plenty of room in this little ride and I will buy another vehicle fromthis dealer again.Thanks so much for the great experience.

I purchased a 2008 Infiniti M35x from JRNN AUTO CENTRE . It is my first car in my life. what a great experience right from the start!!! Jose was really helpful and professional about the cars. All staffs were awesome and kind. I love my infiniti and everything about it, including the buying experience. Lovely sales man would recommend to anybody that is in need of there first vechile! He sells very reliable cars and doesn’t just sell you a car! He sells you a experience! I had no problem with my car since I’ve made my purchase and also made a new friend!

I purchased my vehicle from Jrnn auto center, and I'm happy with the service, The owner is honest and does not sell you vehicle that you don't need, I have my car for about a month now, and I love it, everything went smoothly did all the work and car was ready for me detailed and cleaned like brand new. Just bought a car from JRNN, and was pleased with the experience. Jose was very up front and honest and allowed us to take all the time we needed to inspect the car and take it for a test drive without hovering over our shoulders the whole time. He gave us a carproof and answered all questions.

First, we were told our vehicle would be purchased with safety included. Which wasn't. Then we noticed the window had an issue; which he said he would send us the part to have our mechanic put it in. On our way home with the new vehicle, the tire pressure light was on, but they just never turned it off they said. And the check engine light came on. I pulled into a gas station and took a picture to send it to the dealer and he said that it was the gas cap light. IT WAS NOT. We took the vehicle to our mechanic who found that there were a host of issues that seemed to have had the sensors turned off. When we mentioned it to him, he basically said it wasn't his problem. One issue was the defrost that didn't work. And we only found that out because the vehicle fogged up while driving and we had to pull over. He also told us he was sending the window part, and that he had his guy send it that day via Express shipping. And since we live 45 mins away, it wouldn't take 7 to 10 days to arrive. After such time we contacted him AGAIN, where he said he was sending it out right that second.Our vehicle that went from being a good deal, turned into a cash cow and a dangerous one at that.His charismatic approach was appreciated, except he used it to be a slimy salesman who put, not only our finances in jeopardy, but our family.If we could give negative stars, we would.

Jose was amazing to deal with. Very fair pricing...knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I will definitely be going back to him when I need another car. Thank you JRNN AUTO. You are the only used dealer I will ever use.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The people are friendly and very honest about the cars and what hes doing. He made sure that all my needs were met and questions answered. Fair prices. Also, he made sure whatever was getting done to the car before pick up, he personally made sure that it was done correctly and wouldn't let me leave with the car until everything was to my standard.Thanks JRNN, keep up the awsome business !!!!!!
